There is an active social side to the club - we meet every Thursday evening at Peel Golf Club (in the Centenary Room), usually from about 20:00.
Please note:- Peel Golf Club have a dress code which bars the wearing of jeans in the clubhouse.

The club publishes a newsletter several times a year which keeps members up to date on events and activities as well as offering reviews and technical articles on modelling.

We also have a few camping weekends during the summer, usually in association with an informal competition, and in the winter there are occasional special social evenings where we arrange a demonstration of some aspect of modelling, or perhaps a talk or quiz. The annual general meeting is held in December, and is combined with a Hot-pot or similar, and usually aviation videos, to make it a social evening rather than merely business.
