Jurby Main Airfield Runway

From 1st January 2019 it is now an offence to fly in the statutory no fly zone marked in red on the map.  It was in the club rules as no fly zone anyway, but now it is a legal requirement not to fly there.  (Please ‘click’ on the map to enlarge).

Indoor flying at the Tommy Clucas Memorial Hall, Peel from 7pm to 9pm.  Members only, £5 for pilots, spectators free.

Club Annual General Meeting in the function room on the first floor of ‘The Creg-ny-Baa’.  Starting at 7.30 pm with Coffee and biscuits provided.

Wednesday 2nd December 2020

Quiz Night in the function room on the first floor of The Creg-ny-Baa.  Starting at 7.30 pm with coffee and biscuits provided.  Teams of 2 or 3, come with your team or arrange on the night.

Friday 11th December 2020

The club’s annual Christmas Dinner at the Creg-ny-Baa Restaurant.  Menus and more details forwarded to members by email.

The Manx Model Flyers committee have booked dates for indoor flying for this winter.  The venue remains the same: The Tommy Clucas Community Sports Hall, Peel.  (The hall is in Peel Football Ground, opposite the QE2 secondary school as shown in the map).

These evenings are for club members only and there will be a charge of £5.00 contribution per session per member. (Spectators free).

Come along and enjoy the fun.
